Just picked up my new car today and can honestly say I had such a positive experience at Mervyn Stewart, Michael and Tom were so pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself 😊

First time to purchase from this company and I highly recommend. All of the sales team are very friendly. Pat was very welcoming, helpful and patient. He is extremely customer focused. Picked up my new car yesterday and it’s fabulous.

Changed our car at Mervyn Stewart Used Cars today. Tom and Michael both very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone who was planning a change. They got the car taxed straight away so that we were able to take the car home. Thank you both for your help .

Excellent service from Pat at Mervyn Stewart. Spotted a car we liked online on Tuesday night. Invited for test drive on Wednesday and the car was ours to take home by Saturday. Very friendly and efficient service.

I was taking my sister to the hospital and I became aware of a strange noise coming from the back of the car. I phoned Alison and explained my worry and asked if I could call and have someone look at it. Alison was very helpful and friendly and told me to call in before 5 and someone would check it out. It turned out the near side rear spring had snapped, so they kept the car to work on it the next morning. I was offered a lift home which I was didn't need but was pleased with the offer. Very good service indeed. Alison,. It doesn't matter how busy Alison is she always takes the time to listen to your problem and explain whatever is necessary

I need my car serviced and MOT checked……the staff helped me with how to apply for cancellation MOT. During the servicing I was contacted and advised exactly what needing doing to secure a ‘pass’ on my MOT. I really appreciated the advice given together with the transport back and forth after leaving my vehicle in for service. Would certainly recommend Mervyn Stewart to my friends and work colleagues. Staff member who stood out Chap with beard on Service Desk, can’t remember his name (Stuart)

Great place to go into. All staff were so friendly and that made us relaxed. From buying a car to getting a coffee sorted everything large or small seemed to matter to them. Shout out to Ian at the services. Really friendly person and advised us to take out a service plan. Again, not pushy but gave sound advice which we appreciated.
