Your ŠKODA’s registration number and colour

A phone number through which you can be contacted.

Roadside

24 hours roadside assistance every day of the year. Our number one aim is to fix your car. But if it can’t be fixed, we will take it to the nearest Volkswagen Group approved body shop.

Home Start

1 in 4 breakdowns happen at or near home, and Home Start gives you assistance in these situations. You’ll get all the benefits of Roadside at your home address.

European Breakdown Cover

24-hour English speaking helpline, emergency roadside repairs or towing to the nearest garage in over 40 European countries, plus onward travel options.

Relay

If we are unable to fix your car at the roadside or arrange a prompt local repair, we will recover you and your vehicle to a single destination of your choice within the UK.

Relay Plus

You will be offered alternative travel options if we can’t arrange a prompt local repair.
